Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Manager to manage Sheertex’s website and online marketplaces, ensuring products, inventory, pricing, orders and promotions are accurately maintained.

Key Responsibilities
Manage Shopify website and online marketplaces.
Maintain product listings, pricing, images and catalogue data.
Monitor inventory, orders and product availability.
Manage online promotions and campaigns.
Analyse sales and marketplace performance.
Prepare regular sales and inventory reports.
Identify and resolve listing, stock and order issues.
Work with warehouse, customer service and technical teams.
Support SEO and online merchandising activities.

Essential Requirements




Robust Microsoft Excel skills are essential.
Experience with Shopify and/or online marketplaces.
Experience managing product catalogues and inventory.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Good communication and organisational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks independently.

Excel Skills Required

Candidates should be confident with XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS/COUNTIFS, filtering, sorting.

Experience in homewares, bedding, linen or retail is an advantage.

Pay: $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
