You will be the first point of contact for customers while supporting inventory, logistics, freight coordination and online product management.
The role offers variety in a quick-paced environment, with opportunities to streamline processes, manage orders, and coordinate with 3PLs and suppliers.
Strong organisational skills and experience with Shopify and Zendesk are essential.
