As part of your portfolio, you will play a pivotal role in establishing the technology across key hospitals, partnering closely with clinicians and stakeholders to support adoption, embed best practice, and drive sustained growth.

Key Responsibilities
Build strong, credible relationships with surgeons, nursing teams and hospital stakeholders
Lead education, in-servicing and early clinical adoption initiatives
Support clinicians through product demonstrations and case support
Navigate complex hospital environments and multidisciplinary teams
Analyse market dynamics to identify opportunities and prioritise activity
About you:




Proven success in medical device sales
Comfortable operating in complex hospital environments with multiple decision-makers
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence change and drive adoption
High clinical curiosity and credibility - able to engage confidently in technical discussions
Self-driven, resilient and motivated by being first-to-market with creative technology
A collaborative team player with a strong desire to make a meaningful impact
