About the Role

This role focuses on finding the right tenants, conducting inspections, and supporting the property

management team to keep vacancies low.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct open homes and private inspections

Respond to rental enquiries by phone, email and online portals

Process rental applications and complete reference checks

Prepare lease agreements and leasing paperwork

Communicate with landlords and tenants during the leasing process

Follow up prospective tenants and manage leasing databases

Coordinate property advertising and listings





Support the property management team when required

Ensure properties are leased quickly and professionally

Skills & Experience Required

Robust communication and people skills

Professional presentation and customer-focused approach

Organized with good time management

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Confident using computers and learning recent systems

Previous leasing or real estate experience

Real Estate Certificate or Licence

Pay: $60,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
