Western Work Force are currently seeking an experienced Civil Estimator to join an established engineering company based in Applecross.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive estimates and tenders across a range of civil projects, working closely with project managers, engineers, subcontractors and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed cost estimates, tenders and quotations for civil construction projects.
Review project plans, specifications, scopes and documentation.
Develop accurate take-offs, pricing and cost breakdowns.
Obtain and assess subcontractor and supplier quotations.
Identify project risks, exclusions and potential cost impacts.
Work closely with project and engineering teams throughout the tender process.
Assist with tender submissions, negotiations and commercial reviews.
Maintain accurate estimating records and cost databases.

About You:
Relevant qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.




Previous experience working as a Civil Estimator or in a similar estimating role.
Experience estimating and pricing civil construction projects is essential.
Solid understanding of civil construction methods, materials and costs.
Confident reading and interpreting technical drawings, plans and specifications.
Ability to manage multiple tenders and meet deadlines.
Exposure to SMP (Structural, Mechanical & Piping) projects would be highly advantageous.

What's on Offer:
$160,000 – $180,000 + super, depending on experience.
Permanent, full time position.
Monday to Friday working hours.
Immediate start available.
