We're after someone who's done this before: who can read a busy Friday night, keep the floor moving, and make sure service is consistently valuable, not just valuable when the stars align.

What you'll do:
Run the floor during service — front bar, restaurant, and functions
Set the standard for junior staff and hold it, night after night
Handle the inevitable curveballs calmly
Work with kitchen and management on smooth service flow

What we're after:*
- Solid supervisory or senior FOH experience
Someone who trains staff up, not just gets through the shift - 417/462 working holiday visa holders welcome
Weekend availability required
