About the role

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, representing our company and making lasting first impressions.

Key Responsibilities include:
Greet and assist customers.
Handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
Event coordination
Manage incoming and outgoing office mail
Processing contracts
Maintain office supplies and stationery.
Provide support to production teams.




General administrative tasks as required.

About you:
Minimum 1 years experience working in general reception or administration roles (required)
Available to work Saturday mornings
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Well presented with a polished and qualified approach and appearance
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively.
Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Ability to work independently and use initiative.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
