Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade solutions usingC# .
NET,.
NET Core, andASP.NETframeworks.
Implement and maintain comprehensiveunit testingusing tools such asxUnit,NUnit, orMSTest.
Develop and optimizeSQL Serverdatabases (includingAzure SQL) with a focus onperformance tuningandtroubleshooting.
Build intuitive, responsivefront-end applicationsusingAngular (v14+),HTML5,CSS3, andTypeScript.
Develop solutions leveragingAzure PaaS and SaaSofferings includingAzure Functions,ServiceBus,Blob Storage,KeyVault, andWebAPI.
Build and maintainRESTful APIsandmicroserviceswithin scalable architectures.
ImplementDevOps pipelinesfor automated build and release processes usingAzure DevOpsandVisual Studio.
Adhere toS.O.L.I.D design principlesto ensure clean, maintainable, and high-quality code.
Collaborate in aScrum Agile team environmentto design, deliver, and continually improve applications.
Required Skills and Experience




3+ yearsof hands-on experience inC# .
NET,.
NET Core, andASP.NETapplication development.
Strongunit testingexperience usingxUnit,NUnit, orMSTest.
3+ yearsof experience withSQL Server(includingAzure SQL) — design, development, and performance optimization.
3+ yearsoffront-enddevelopment experience withAngular 14+,HTML5,CSS3, andTypeScript.
Expertise in leveragingAzure PaaS/SaaSservices such asAzure Functions,ServiceBus,Blob Storage,KeyVault, andWebAPI.
Proven experience designing and deliveringRESTful APIsandmicroservicesarchitectures.
Strong background inDevOps automationand continuous delivery practices.
Proficiency withAzure DevOpsandVisual Studioenvironments.
Experience applyingS.O.L.I.Ddesign patterns for high-quality, scalable solutions.
Prior experience buildingunit testsacross backend and frontend layers.
Agile (Scrum) experience with a collaborative, delivery-focused mindset.
Previous experience working withAppConnectwould also be favoured.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience developing solutions forpublic sector or government organisations.
Familiarity withgovernment-standard digital solution frameworksand compliance-based software delivery practices.
