This opportunity is ideally suited to associates with international or sponsor-led finance experience who are looking to build depth in a sophisticated, fast-growing practice.
Driven by significant high-profile investment across the firm in Australia, demand within the Banking team has accelerated, creating an immediate need to strengthen associate ranks across leveraged finance, corporate finance and real estate finance.
This role is well suited to returners to Australia/New Zealand or lawyers currently offshore seeking exposure to complex, international-style transactions within a highly collaborative environment.

In Australia, the team advises on complex leveraged finance, real estate finance and corporate lending transactions for major domestic and international sponsors, investors and lenders.
The practice works closely with colleagues across the UK, US, EMEA and Asia,



providing clients with seamless cross‐border capability and exposure to global deal structures that few firms in the local market can offer.

Ideal Profile
Experience in leveraged finance, corporate finance or real estate finance
Exposure to international‐style financings (e.g. covenant‐lite, unitranche, sponsor‐backed deals) is advantageous
Australian, New Zealand or UK‐qualified lawyers considered
Solid technical foundations, commercial awareness and work ethic
