Key Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of commercial properties.
Serve as the primary liaison between landlords and tenants.
Lease negotiations, renewals and rent reviews
Oversee rental arrears and ensure timely follow-ups.
Prepare and manage budgets, reporting regularly on financial performance
CAPEX budgets.
Conduct property inspections
Supervise lease administration
Oversee maintenance, repairs, and compliance
Provide guidance and support to other team members as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in Commercial Property Management.
Agent's Representative Certificate or Full Agent's License.
Solid understanding of property law, lease agreements, and compliance
Familiarity with Cirrus 8 software (preferred but not essential).
Strong financial reporting skills, including accrual accounting knowledge.
Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable car.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Friendly and approachable demeanour with a focus on relationship building.
Highly organized with a professional presentation and keen attention to detail.
Mandarin or Cantonese speaking is advantageous.
