State Sales Manager – Away From Home QLD

We are pleased to invite applications for the State Sales Manager – Away From Home role within our Commercial team.

Reporting to the Head of Field Sales & Distributors AFH, you will lead the state commercial agenda, bringing together multiple channels and teams to deliver sustainable growth, solid customer partnerships and outstanding commercial outcomes.

About the Role

As State Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading the total Away From Home field team across a complex and diverse customer and portfolio base. You'll translate national strategy into locally relevant execution while balancing customer needs, channel priorities and commercial performance.

Key responsibilities include:
Leading state-level commercial performance across volume, revenue, margin and profitability outcomes.




Developing and executing multi-channel sales strategies that drive sustainable growth.
Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing team across direct and indirect sales channels.
Building strong relationships with key customers, distributor partners and internal stakeholders.
Driving new business growth initiatives and strategic customer prospects.
Partnering cross-functionally to deliver exceptional customer outcomes and execute business priorities.

About You
