The Prospect
The firm is seeking a highly capable, client-focused Associate Financial Adviser to join their Canberra office. You will be part of a well-resourced, team-oriented environment providing bespoke financial advice to HNW clients, high-earning specialists, and family groups.

You will support a book of the existing clients, and be with work closely with in-house asset management, SMSF, and Insurance Specialists.
The Role
Understanding clients’ immediate needs,
long term objectives and level of comfort with risk
Conduct meetings/reviews with all clients and develop/adjust the overall investment strategy
Provide quality and trusted financial advice
Investigate alternative strategies and recommendations and continue to strengthen the relationship with the clients
Ensuring accuracy and compliance of client files and advice documentation
Assist providing guidance and technical direction to paraplanners and implementation staff
About You
Up-to-date FASEA approved qualifications; Or currently working towards
1 to 3 years of experience in an Associate Adviser or similar position
Excellent Stakeholder Management ability
Strong, effective spoken and written communication
Confident presence with HNW, and high-earning skilled clients
