About the role
We're on the lookout for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our People, Culture & Capability team.
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering end‐to‐end recruitment services that are people‐focused, efficient, and aligned with our values.
From partnering with hiring managers and enhancing candidate experience, to supporting onboarding and employer branding initiatives, you'll help shape how we attract and welcome top talent into CareSuper.
Day to day you will be:
Managing end‐to‐end recruitment and selection processes
Advising and supporting managers on recruitment best practices
Maintaining our Applicant Tracking System and ensuring data accuracy
Contributing to recruitment reporting and insights
Championing diversity, inclusion, and compliance throughout the hiring process
Identifying opportunities to improve how we attract and engage talent
What we're looking for
Experience in end‐to‐end recruitment (internal experience a bonus!)
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
A proactive, solutions‐focused mindset




High attention to detail and a passion for delivering great candidate experiences
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems
A collaborative spirit and a genuine interest in helping others succeed
Experience working within Financial Services or specifically Superannuation will be an advantage.
