Job Description
Endeavour engages Independent Contractors to deliver Intensive sessions. The Contractor is engaged to deliver instructional sessions for the allocated subject(s) during Intensive events, in accordance with approved lesson plans and subject content provided by Endeavour.
Responsibilities Include
Delivering sessions in an engaging and qualified manner; Conducting assessments during and following Intensive session attendance, using the prescribed assessment tools and marking rubrics; Providing constructive feedback to students during live activities and as part of the formal assessment process. Mark student assessments, return results within agreed timeframes (typically two weeks), and complete all required assessment and delivery documentation. Collaborate with academic staff as needed and provide feedback on course content or assessments when requested to support continuous improvement.
