We are seeking a highly seasoned Business Analyst to operate across multiple Lines of Business (LoBs) as part of large, enterprise‐scale transformation programs.
This role requires a principal level BA with 25+ years of experience who can confidently navigate complex environments and drive outcomes across diverse stakeholder groups.
Key Requirements
Proven experience as aLead Business Analyston major transformation programs involving multiple LoBs (e.g., Retail, Institutional, Risk, Finance, Operations)
Demonstratedend-to-end BA ownership, including discovery, target-state design, requirements, delivery support, SIT/UAT coordination, and go-live readiness
Exceptional ability to manage and influence stakeholders acrossProduct, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Architecture, and Operations
Experience working withinlarge banking environments;Westpac experience highly advantageous
