Job Description
Reporting to the Head of Property, Procurement & Capital Projects ANZ, you'll oversee Abano's Australian property portfolio, coordinating property projects and managing day‐to‐day facilities operations.
This is a hands‐on role combining project delivery, facilities management, contractor oversight and stakeholder engagement across a multi‐site network.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver property projects including current practice set‐ups, refurbishments, relocations, expansions and closures
Coordinate MARS project teams to ensure timely, high‐quality outcomes
Manage repairs, maintenance and capital works efficiently and cost‐effectively
Oversee contractors and service providers across cleaning, security, maintenance and utilities
Mitigate property‐related risk and ensure compliance with relevant legislation
Partner closely with practices, support office teams and external stakeholders
Qualifications




Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar facilities or project coordination role
Proven experience managing multi‐site facilities
Strong understanding of building services, compliance and contractor management
Highly organised, delivery‐focused and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
Confident communicator who builds strong relationships and gets things done
Tertiary qualification in Facilities Management, Property, Construction, Project Management or a related field
