ICT Vendor and Contract Management Specialist
Our Client is seeking anICT Vendor & Contract Management Specialistto join our Procurement team.
This senior position will play a key role in managing vendor relationships, improving contract compliance, and driving value across our ICT procurement activities, with a focus on the organisation's largest and most critical vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage relationships withbusiness-criticalICT vendors and ensure compliance.
Develop and implementvendor management strategiesand tools across all ICT suppliers.
Provide guidance to teams to improvevendor management practicesand outcomes.
Overseehigh-priority contractsand manage relationships with critical vendors in both projects and BAU.
Establish and improvevendor KPIsfocusing on service quality, efficiencies, and cost reduction.
Key Skills and Experience:
Extensive experience inICT procurementandvendor management, including large budgets.
Expertise incontract management,vendor relationship management, and performance improvement.
Proven ability to manageCyber Securityvendor programs and ensure compliance.
Robust skills in stakeholderengagementandcollaboration.
Focus oncontinuous improvementand delivering cost-efficient outcomes.
