Fineweld Stainless Steel produce custom-made stainless steel products for applications to suit for Food, Pharmaceutical and Dairy Industries and Allied Industries. The company is currently recruiting for an experienced and qualified Welder/Metal Fabricator to join their team in Carrum Downs VIC.

The successful candidate will need to undertake and possess:
Interpreting drawings, specifications and engineering plans
Fabricating sections and components from sheet metal, pipes, wood, fibreglass and other materials
Welding, screwing, riveting and bolting components together to form finished products
Cutting, shaping and grinding sheet metal and plastic to create panels
Carrying out alterations to chassis in accordance with engineering specifications
Experienced in the use of MIG,



TIG and ARC welding
Experienced in using different types of metals
Ability to weld in horizontal and vertical positions

Skills & Abilities:
Certificate III in Engineering Fabrication Trade or equivalent
Ideally have a minimum of 3 years’ experience

Salary range is $70,000-$85,000pa commensurate with experience
