YOUR CURRENT ROLE

As the key junior in the winning Medical Negligence team, being mentored by 2 outstanding senior personal injury specialist partners , you will love the stimulation+challenge+ satisfaction of working on high level complex medical negligence litigation cases obtaining justice for injured clients.

You will be liaising with clients/doctors/solicitors/insurers, preparing letters/court documents, briefs to counsel, file and diary management, time recording/billing and attending settlement conferences/mediations and court hearings.

WHO YOU ARE

We are interested in hearing from you if you:
are a paralegal/law clerk graduating from your law degree end of 2021 OR currently doing your PLT OR an admitted junior lawyer;
have MINIMUM 6 months experience (preferably or MORE) in personal injury law (preferably with some medical negligence but NOT essential-any area/s of personal injury law is ok);
have solid academics;
have proven ability to work in a busy fast-paced workplace;
are adaptable+ results-driven+ have strong Microsoft Office skills;
have outstanding communication, time management+ people skills;
are hungry to learn+ advance your career in PERSONAL INJURY LAW long-term with a reputable plaintiff law firm [ESSENTIAL].
