Job Description:
We are looking for an experiencedDynatrace SaaS and ELK Engineerto support observability and performance monitoring for our cloud-native applications running onAWS.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end setup and optimization of monitoring and logging frameworks usingDynatrace SaaSand theELK stack(Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana), with a strong focus onAWS services, infrastructure, and serverless applications
Key Responsibilities:
Deploy and configureDynatrace OneAgentsandActiveGatesacross AWS EC2, ECS, EKS, and Lambda environments.
Set upRUM, synthetic monitoring, andDavis AIto proactively detect performance issues.
Build service-centric dashboards and alerting rules aligned with business KPIs and SLAs.
Integrate Dynatrace withAWS CloudWatch, CloudTrail, and incident/alerting platforms (ServiceNow, PagerDuty, etc.).
Design and implement centralized logging pipelines usingLogstash, Beats, andFluentBitfor AWS logs.
ManageElasticsearchclusters for performance, indexing strategies, and retention policies.
Create meaningfulKibana dashboardsand alerts for application and infrastructure logs.
Correlate log and APM data to assist in root cause analysis and proactive monitoring.
AWS-Focused Monitoring Operations:
Work closely with cloud engineering teams to embed observability inCI/CD pipelines.
Implement tagging standards and custom metadata strategies to enhance traceability.
Tune and optimize monitoring forcost efficiencyandnoise reductionin dynamic AWS environments.
Required Skills:
Hands-on experience with Dynatrace SaaS, especially in cloud-native and AWS integrations.
Deep knowledge of ELK stack(Elastic 7.x or 8.x)



and best practices for logging in AWS.
Solid experience with AWS services (EC2, EKS, Lambda, CloudWatch, CloudFormation, etc.).
Strong skills inBash/Python/PowerShell scriptingfor automation and data transformation.
Experience working inDevOps/Agiledelivery environments.
Understanding of microservices and container orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes).
Nice to Have:
Dynatrace certifications(Associate, Professional).
Experience withTerraform or AWS CDKfor infrastructure automation.
Familiarity with other observability tools likePrometheus, Grafana, Splunk, New Relic.
