The Apprenticeship
Your skills and experience will be in high demand throughout your career, thanks to our innovative 4-year apprenticeship program.
Starting mid-January ****, you'll receive practical and theoretical TAFE-based training, mentored by experienced tradespeople and industry experts.
You'll learn basic and advanced trade skills in our onsite workshop and through department rotations, gaining hands-on experience and a versatile set of valuable, transferable skills.
On successful completion you will be accredited with:
Certificate III in Electrotechnology
Additional Training provided for High-Risk Work Licences including Forklift, EWP, and Dogging.
About you
Completion of Year 10 ROSA minimum
Minimum age of 17 by January ****
An interest in Electrical work with a drive to learn and develop your skills both in the classroom and on the tools
Strong mathematical capability
Robust commitment to Safety and Teamwork
The ability to get to and from work each day and to TAFE for training (approx. 1 day per week)
A positive attitude and willingness to learn in a supportive, team-based environment
You are an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
