Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven State Sales Manager to lead sales performance, customer growth and market expansion across a key Truckline territory.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing state sales strategies, leading and coaching a high-performing sales team, strengthening key customer relationships and driving sustainable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach and develop a team of Account Managers, Business Development Managers and Customer Service specialists to achieve sales and profitability targets.
Develop and execute state sales plans, budgets and growth strategies aligned to national business objectives.
Build strong relationships with key customers,



transport operators, fleet customers and industry stakeholders to maximise sales opportunities and customer retention.
Partner with Branch Managers and operational leaders to drive sales growth and deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
Monitor sales performance, analyse market trends and identify opportunities to improve revenue, profitability and market share.
Lead key account planning, contract negotiations and commercial discussions to secure long-term customer partnerships.
Collaborate with National Sales, Marketing and Product teams to deliver effective go-to-market initiatives and local campaigns.
Foster a high-performance culture that prioritises safety, accountability, customer service and continuous improvement.
