About the Role

As a Retail Team Member, you’ll be on the front line of creating joyful experiences for our customers. You’ll serve doughnuts, coffees, and shakes with energy and positivity, while keeping the store protected, clean, and welcoming. It’s a role that’s all about outstanding service, teamwork, and representing the Krispy Kreme brand with pride.

What are you responsible for?
Delivering exceptional customer service that makes every customer feel special
Preparing and serving our iconic doughnuts, coffees, and shakes to the highest standard
Keeping the store safe, clean, and welcoming for all customers
Working collaboratively with your team and leaders to create a fun and positive workplace

Experience/Requirements
Some Knowledge of delivering the best customer experience
Some knowledge of our products and service requirements
An understanding of the importance of WHS in the workplace
Available from 1pm - 9pm
