About the Role

We are seeking a customer-focused Accounts Receivable Officer to join a growing and energetic team. This is a full-function Accounts Receivable position where you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end AR process while maintaining strong relationships with customers. Key Responsibilities
Manage and resolve customer account and billing enquiries
Perform daily cash allocations and account reconciliations




Monitor aged debtors and proactively follow up outstanding accounts
Conduct collection activities while maintaining positive customer relationships
Support daily banking and payment processing activities
Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable functions
Investigate and resolve account discrepancies in a timely manner
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and efficient processes

To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous Accounts Receivable, Credit Control or Collections experience
Strong communication skills with confidence liaising with customers over the phone and via email
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Strong organisational and time management skills
A positive, proactive and team-oriented attitude
