APG Workforce are currently seeking an experiencedWelder (TIG)for an exciting opportunity based at the Homebush Rail Equipment Centre.
Location:Homebush, NSW
Start Date:ASAP (pending checks)
Duration:6 months (with potential extension)
Hours:7:15am – 3:45pm, 38 hours per week
RDO:1 RDO every 4 weeks (no 9-day fortnight)
Key Responsibilities
PerformTIG weldingon stainless steel (up to 6mm thickness) in line with Australian Standards
Ensure all work meets strict quality and safety standards
Work collaboratively to meet project deadlines
Requirements
Solid experience in TIG welding (essential)
Experience with MIG welding on mild steel
Solid fabrication skills
Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
Must have own welding helmet (all other equipment provided on-site)
