THE ROLE
We are looking for aAssociate Product Managerto join the DoxAI team.
This role is central to shaping the future of our AI product suite, driving innovation across document intelligence, automation, and machine learning solutions.
As Associate Product Manager, you'll be both strategic and hands‐on: a passionate advocate for our products internally and externally, with a focus on delivering seamless end‐to‐end customer experiences.
You'll own the product backlog, define priorities, and collaborate with cross‐functional teams to bring AI‐powered products to market successfully.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Define and maintain theProduct Backlog, balancing customer needs, commercial value, and technical feasibility.
Developcommercial models and business casesto validate hypotheses and guide decision‐making.
Act as thevoice of the customer, ensuring user‐centric product development and continuous improvement.
Contribute tobrand and product strategy, aligning innovation with business objectives.
Facilitateworkshops with Technology, Business, and AI Research teamsto align requirements, scope, and delivery.




Analyse and documentbusiness and functional processesusing standard methodologies and tools.
Translate business needs intofunctional designs and AI‐driven solutions, leveraging DoxAI's system capabilities.
Oversee project workstream deliverables, ensuring quality control and sign‐off.
Collaborate withUX/UI Designers, Technical Leads, Data Scientists, and Vendorsto ensure smooth execution.
Prepare detaileddocumentation(process maps, requirements, data flow diagrams, specifications).
Participate intesting and validationto ensure high‐quality delivery of AI products.
Work closely withCEO, CTO, CPO, and Sales/Marketingto define, deliver, and scale DoxAI products.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
1-3 years' experiencein end‐to‐end product management and/or new product development.
Familiarity withLean, Design Thinking, and Agile methodsto uncover user needs and iterate quickly.
Exposure to or direct experience withAI/ML‐based products, ideally in document intelligence, NLP, or automation.
Strongstakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to align diverse teams.
Demonstratedanalytical skillsto generate insights, identify new opportunities, and optimise product performance.
Creative problem‐solving skills, with the ability to envision cutting-edge solutions and translate them into practical outcomes.
A strong balance ofcommercial mindset and technical understanding, enabling you to drive impact at both strategic and execution levels.
Location:Sydney CBD
Term:This will be an initial 12‐month max term agreement, with an option to extend.
