Job Summary
IIQAF Group is seeking a proactive and experiencedShift Leaderto oversee daily operations in ourhospitality venues in Sydney.
The Shift Leader ensures that service quality, staff performance, and guest satisfaction remain at the highest standards throughout every shift.
This role is ideal for candidates with stronghospitality management, team supervision, and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinaterestaurant, bar, or hotel staffduring shifts
Monitorservice quality, guest experience, and operational efficiency
Managestaff schedules, task assignments, and workflow
Handlecustomer inquiries, complaints, and special requestsprofessionally
Ensure compliance withhealth, safety, and food hygiene standards
Train and mentor junior staff to maintain high service standards
Assist ininventory control, stock management, and reporting
Support management withdaily operations and event coordination
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as aShift Leader, Floor Supervisor,



or Team Leaderin hospitality
Strongteam management, leadership, and communication skills
Background inrestaurants, hotels, cafés, or resort operations
Ability to work in afast‐paced hospitality workplace
Knowledge ofPOS systems, inventory management, and service protocols
Excellent problem‐solving and conflict‐resolution skills
Flexible to workshifts, weekends, and public holidays
Preferred Qualifications
Certification or diploma inHospitality Management or related field
Experience withlarge‐scale events or high‐volume hospitality operations
Multilingual skills are a plus (English required; Arabic or other languages advantageous)
