Your Role
As aStrategy & Commercial Operations Associate, you will:
Recruit and onboardnew channel partners — entrepreneurs, BDMs, side hustlers, and small business owners.
Pitch and presentKPay's solutions in workshops, info sessions, and one-to-one meetings.
Train and coachpartners on referrals, sales techniques, and onboarding processes.
Build lasting relationshipsthrough regular check-ins, mentorship, and community engagement.
Support lead management— help convert partner referrals into successful deals.
Host eventssuch as onboarding workshops, partner meetups, and training sessions.




Create structureby introducing processes and systems that keep partner operations smooth.
Who We're Looking For
Sales or recruitment experience (bonus if you've done both).
Outgoing, confident, and comfortable leading group sessions and presentations.
Goal-oriented and resilient — willing to go the extra mile to hit results.
Strong people skills — enjoys coaching, mentoring, and motivating others.
Adaptable and entrepreneurial — thrives in quick-paced, unstructured environments.
Detail-oriented — able to handle contracts, onboarding documentation, and lead tracking.
