Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Assistant Director of Food & Beverage to support the leadership of our diverse and agile Food & Beverage operation, including restaurants, bars, conferencing and events, and in-room dining.

You will be responsible for:
Supporting the strategic and operational management of all hotel Food & Beverage outlets.
Driving revenue growth and profitability through creative promotions, action plans, and guest-focused initiatives.
Maintaining Sofitel luxury service standards and brand excellence across all operations.
Leading and developing Food & Beverage Managers, Supervisors, and outlet teams.
Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, payroll planning, and financial reporting.
Monitoring market trends, guest feedback, and competitor activity to identify business prospects.
Collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, Front Office, Housekeeping, and Culinary teams to deliver seamless guest experiences.
Ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety, liquor licensing, and company policies.
Championing employee engagement, professional development, and a positive workplace culture.
