Job Description

We're looking for a friendly and motivated Parts Interpreter to join our Murwillumbah Branch on a full time basis.

In this customer-focused role, you'll help customers find the right truck and commercial vehicle parts while providing excellent service and support. Working closely with the branch team, you'll play an significant role in keeping operations running smoothly and ensuring customers receive the right solutions when they need them.

What You'll Do
Assist customers with truck and commercial vehicle parts enquiries
Identify and source the correct parts using catalogues and computer systems
Process phone, email and online orders accurately and efficiently
Provide advice and recommendations on suitable parts and products
Build solid relationships with customers through excellent service
Work closely with warehouse and sales teams to ensure orders are fulfilled quickly
Maintain accurate customer and order records
Assist with stock control, receipting and inventory management
Support general branch and customer service activities
Help resolve parts and compatibility enquiries when required
