Pace have joined with a proudly family-owned business that has been producing quality poultry products for over 50Yrs. Seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead their maintenance team and ensure the reliability of the plant, equipment and facilities within a busy processing operation.

About the Role

Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will lead maintenance activities across the site, ensuring plant reliability, preventative maintenance, safety compliance and continuous improvement while supporting production outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise maintenance of plant, equipment and facilities
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults
Manage parts ordering and inventory
Oversee maintenance projects and equipment installations
Ensure compliance with WHS, HACCP, GMP and environmental standards

About You




Trade qualified Maintenance Fitter or Electrician
Previous experience in manufacturing or food processing
Experience with preventative maintenance systems
Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
Commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement
