Position: Content Creator (Marketing)

Position Type: Full-Time

Salary: $79,423 to $85,000 plus superannuation per annum

Location: St Clair NSW 2759

Our client is seeking an experienced Content Creator (Marketing) to join their team in St Clair, Recent South Wales.

The Content Creator is responsible for developing engaging digital and marketing content that promotes Bionic Care's services, strengthens brand awareness and supports communication with clients, families and the broader community.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

·Plan, create and publish engaging content across Bionic Care's website, social media and digital platforms.

·Produce written, graphic, photographic and video content aligned with the company's brand and marketing objectives.

·Develop social media posts, website copy, newsletters, brochures and promotional materials.

·Maintain and coordinate a content calendar and assist with marketing campaigns.

·Capture and edit photographs and videos for digital and promotional use.

·Ensure consistent branding, messaging and tone across all communications.

·Monitor social media and content performance and recommend improvements based on engagement and analytics.





·Research industry trends and identify opportunities for relevant and engaging content.

·Liaise with management and internal teams to develop content supporting business and service objectives.

·Maintain digital content and media libraries.

·Ensure content complies with privacy, consent, copyright and organisational requirements.

Requirements:

·Bachelor degree qualification in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Media Production, Graphic Design or a related discipline

·At least five (5) years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualification

·Minimum five (5) years of skilled experience as a Content Creator

·Experience in content creation, digital marketing, communications or social media.

·Strong written communication and creative content-development skills.

·Experience with social media platforms and content creation/editing tools.

·Photography, graphic design and video editing skills.

·Robust organisational skills and attention to detail.

·Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
