We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Cafe Manager to join our team at Kinky Lizard Como. The position is full time. For a successful candidate an annual salary of $78,000 to $85,000 + superannuation will be offered.

Responsibilities:
Oversee all day-to-day cafe operations ensuring the highest standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety.
Coordinate front-of-house and back-of-house activities to ensure seamless service and operational efficiency.
Recruit, hire, train, and supervise cafe staff.
Create and manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage by assigning tasks, coordinating work shifts, timetables, and staff leave.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and experience through excellent service.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.




Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain stock and cafe supplies.
Plan and implement strategies to improve cafe sales, profitability, and overall business performance.
Maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate terms, prices, and delivery schedules.
Ensure that the cafe adheres to all sanitation, health and safety regulations.

Skills, Experience and Qualification:
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
Hold relevant qualifications
