As Commercial Property Manager, your main duties will be:
Tenancy management
Prepare budgets and forecasts
Manage rent reviews and lease proposals
Maintain accurate and current documentation
Assist with outsourcing valuations and leasing
Liaise with property Facility Manager's across some buildings
Ensure compliance, codes and standards
Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

You'll be at the forefront of managing a diverse portfolio of commercial properties. Starting small, your portfolio will grow as you grow and you will have an incredible,

About you
Agents Representative Certificate is required
Experience managing or supporting the management of a residential or commercial portfolio
Understand property-related documents
Ability to negotiate and develop professional relationships
Enjoy working in a collaborative environment
