Work from home flexibility

Key responsibilities include:
Managing a portfolio of residential investment properties
Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
Coordinating maintenance, inspections, and lease renewals
Providing expert advice to clients on asset performance
Working closely with a qualified, data-driven team

About you:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential property management
Current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate
Strong communication and relationship management skills
Tech-savvy and comfortable with cloud-based systems
Proactive, qualified, and team-oriented
