Retail Manager

Salary: AUD 70,000 - 85,000 per annum

Our client, Betta Electrical, is looking for a Retail Manager to lead their Narrogin team and drive store performance.

About the Role As Retail Manager, you will take full responsibility for the overall success of the store. You will lead daily operations, drive sales growth, manage stock and financial performance, and ensure outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage product range, stock levels, and service standards to maximise sales and profitability
Develop and implement purchasing and marketing strategies, including pricing decisions
Drive promotional and advertising initiatives to increase store visibility and revenue
Lead from the front in selling products and advising customers on product features and use
Monitor inventory records and oversee financial transactions and reporting




Prepare and manage store budgets to achieve financial targets
Recruit, train, and supervise staff to build a high-performing retail team
Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations

About You
Proven experience in retail management (appliances or furniture experience highly regarded)
Robust leadership and team development skills
Excellent sales, negotiation, and customer service abilities
Sound financial and budgeting knowledge
Ability to work independently and drive business growth
Solid understanding of workplace health and safety standards
