Previous new home builder experience + strong ArchiCAD working drawing experience are essential.

They're genuinely open topart-time or full-timefor the right person.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced residential Draftsperson looking for greater flexibility while remaining part of an established builder.
For a part-time role,



it would befully office-based, minimum 3 days per week, working alongside a Draftsperson and the wider construction team.
The Role
Design bespoke custom homes based on client briefs
Produce concept plans andfull working drawings in ArchiCAD
Work through the design and build process with the construction team
Mentor and support the existing Draftsperson

About You
Previous experience with a new/custom home builder – essential
StrongArchiCADand full working drawing experience

Able to mentor and support another Draftsperson
