Protech are currently seeking a Safety Administrator for an immediate start on a temporary 2-month contract based on the Gold Coast.
This is an administration-focused role. The position is well suited to someone who is organised, confident with systems and able to coordinate onboarding and inductions in a quick-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate and schedule inductions for current candidates and employees
Manage onboarding documentation and maintain accurate employee records
Monitor and update induction and compliance systems
Provide general administrative support to the team
Manage incoming emails and respond to enquiries in a timely manner
Maintain candidate and employee information within the CRM system
Assist with data entry, reporting and record management
Ensure documentation is completed and filed in line with company requirements

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
Previous administration experience in a busy office workplace
Available for an immediate start
Confident using Microsoft Office, email systems and CRM platforms




Strong computer and data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Excellent communication and customer service skills
