Labourforce is seeking experienced High Reach Forklift Operators for ongoing roles in a busy freezer cold storage environment. This is a physically active role, ideal for candidates with prior freezer experience who are comfortable working in low-temperature conditions.

Location

Hemmant, Brisbane QLD

Shift & Pay

AM Shift: 5:00am – 1:00pm, Monday to Friday
Pay Rate: $43.50 per hour

PM Shift: 1:00pm - 9:00pm, Monday to Friday
Pay Rate: $48.72 per hour

Key Responsibilities
Operating high reach forklifts in a cold storage setting (~-18°C)
Loading/Unloading Trucks with Counterbalance Forklift
Performing put-aways, replenishments, and bulk picks
Moving and organizing stock safely and efficiently
Maintaining accurate stock placement in racking




Following all WHS and freezer safety procedures

Requirements
Valid High Reach Forklift License
Previous freezer/cold storage experience – mandatory
Ability to work safely in low-temperature environments
Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
