Job Title: Paid Social Specialist
Location: Sydney

We are looking for a Paid Social Specialist to own and scale paid social performance across Meta and TikTok. This is an exciting opportunity for a data-driven marketer to drive growth in a fast-paced eCommerce environment.

Responsibilities
Manage and optimise paid social campaigns across Meta and TikTok.
Develop and execute A/B testing strategies to improve performance.
Monitor tracking, pixel implementation, and campaign delivery.
Analyse campaign results and provide actionable performance insights.
Collaborate with eCommerce, CRM, and creative teams to achieve commercial goals.
Stay up to date with platform updates, trends, and new opportunities.

Qualifications
3+ years' experience in paid social marketing.




Solid expertise in Meta Ads Manager and knowledge of TikTok Ads Manager.
Experience managing significant advertising budgets within eCommerce.
Strong analytical and reporting skills using Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools.
Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills.
