Are you an HR, Employment Relations or WHS skilled looking for something a little different?

We're recruiting on behalf of a growing professional services business who due to continued growth, they are looking for commercially minded HR Sales Support Advisors to join their Sydney team.

This is not a traditional HR role. Instead, you'll use your HR knowledge to support a sales team, meet with prospective clients and help business owners understand the risks and opportunities within their workplaces.

What you'll be doing
Supporting the sales team with HR, ER and WHS expertise
Meeting with prospective clients and understanding their workplace challenges
Identifying compliance risks and recommending solutions
Reviewing workplace documentation and providing insights
Assisting with webinars and educational sessions
Building strong relationships with business owners
Helping drive conversion of new business opportunities

What we're looking for
Experience in HR, Employment Relations, Industrial Relations or WHS
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills




The ability to explain legislation and compliance requirements in easy terms
A consultative approach and commercial mindset
Confidence speaking with business owners and decision-makers
Previous advisory, consulting or workplace relations experience will be highly regarded
