About the Opportunity

Positions may be full-time, part-time, casual, or fixed-term depending on program needs and your availability.

What We’re Looking For

We’d love to hear from you if you have:
A genuine passion for supporting individuals, children, and families to achieve positive outcomes
Strong communication, empathy, and relationship-building skills
Experience or knowledge in family support, mental health, counselling, or community services (or a willingness to learn)
Understanding of trauma-informed care, person-centred practice, and community-based interventions




Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
Relevant qualifications or a commitment to further career development
A current driver licence and willingness to undergo required safety and background checks
