ROLE:

Join the Estimating team for a high end boutique Fitout & Refurbishment and recent build business focusing on projects up to $30M.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare, complete and submit tenders end to end independently and simultaneously
Develop budgets and monitor project costs
Collect BOQ's and cost analysis' of project
Attend tender meetings and additional client meetings
Liaise with all relevant stakeholders and negotiate with subcontractors

EXPERIENCED REQUIRED:
5+ years of Estimating experience for both a Fitout/Refurbishment and commercial head contractor
Previous new build project experience
Excellent organisation and time management skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Unlimited Australian working rights
