Job Description

Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, this role will perform the following duties:
Lead the annual Group budgeting process and budget consolidation across multiple operations.
Manage rolling forecasting cycles and deliver insights on key financial and operational drivers.
Prepare monthly management reporting, commentary and variance analysis.
Develop Board and Executive reporting packs, including supporting analysis and memorandums.
Conduct quarterly operational reviews with site leadership teams.
Support capital expenditure governance, reporting and financial performance monitoring.
Drive consistency, standardisation and continuous improvement across Group reporting processes.

The Successful Applicant





A successful Principal Management Accountant should have:
CA / CPA qualification.
Demonstrated management accounting experience within the mining sector.
Solid budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting capability.
Ability to interpret operational mining metrics and convert them into meaningful commercial insights.
Experience preparing reports and presentations for senior leadership.
Solid stakeholder management and communication skills.
A proactive mindset with a passion for process improvement and driving change.
Leadership experience or the desire to develop and grow a team.
