A newly created position has opened with a long-standing Australian organisation in themanufacturing and distribution sector, currently modernising its systems and scaling rapidly following a major merger.
This is a hands‐on role for aSenior Project Managerwho can bridge business and technology delivering a mix ofERP, applications, digital, and process improvementprojects.
The environment suits someone commercial, curious, and confident engaging across both operations and executive stakeholders.
What You'll Do
Manage multiple concurrent projects across ERP, eCommerce, and business transformation
Work closely with business SMEs and vendors to define scope, timelines, budgets, and outcomes
Establish governance, reporting, and quality frameworks across the portfolio
Partner with IT, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to align project outcomes with business priorities
Lead change, communication,



and adoption activities for new systems and processes
Oversee vendor contracts, performance, and integration deliverables
About You
5-10+ years' experience inbusiness or IT project managementwithin mid-sized or enterprise environments
Proven success deliveringERP, business systems, or digital platformprojects
Comfortable engaging across technical and non-technical teams, from warehouse to boardroom
Strong governance, budgeting, and stakeholder management capability
Experience inmanufacturing, supply chain, FMCG, or distributionhighly regarded
Relevant certifications such asPMP, PRINCE2, or Agileadvantageous
Self-starter who enjoys visibility, variety, and accountability
