Responsibilities
Guide Student Journey: Provide tailored assistance across the online student lifecycle, from enrolment to completion.
Drive Proactive Engagement: Develop action plans and interventions to help students achieve their academic and career goals.
Enhance Support Networks: Connect students with appropriate resources and academic enrichment opportunities.
Contribute to Innovation: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery and student experience.
Qualifications

You are a student-focused qualified with exceptional communication and problem‐solving skills, capable of providing holistic support in a dynamic online education environment while driving continuous improvement.
You may also:
Have a degree qualification or equivalent combination of relevant experience and education.
Demonstrate a commitment to providing quality service and advice to students with sensitivity and confidentiality.
Have experience in process improvement initiatives and proactive problem‐solving.
Be proficient in CRM and student systems, with strong MS Office and internet search capabilities.
