An established and growing financial services organisation is seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to join its risk and compliance team. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in maintaining a solid compliance framework within a regulated lending environment.

Working closely with senior leadership and business stakeholders, you will be responsible for supporting the organisation's compliance obligations, providing practical regulatory advice, monitoring legislative developments, and fostering a robust culture of compliance across the business.

Key Responsibilities




Oversee and maintain the compliance management framework.
Monitor changes to relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.
Provide compliance advice and guidance to internal stakeholders.
Assist with regulatory reporting, audits, and reviews.
Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures.
Conduct compliance monitoring activities and report on findings.
Support incident management and remediation activities where required.
Deliver compliance training and promote awareness across the organisation.
Liaise with external advisers, regulators, and industry bodies as appropriate.
