WEIGHBRIDGE OPERATOR / SITE ADMINISTRATOR – TOOWOOMBA

Protech are currently seeking a Weighbridge Operator / Site Administrator, local to the Toowoomba Region. This role will also be assisting in field operations where required such as; operation of Water Cart/Haul Truck and General Maintenance.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Immediate start
Monday – Friday working hours (* /1700) with some Saturdays worked, dependent on operational requirements
Ongoing casual role with a vision of permanency
$40.21 per hour + overtime penalty rates

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES but not limited to the following
Usage of UHF -must have clear communications through UHF
Operate weighbridge, which involves the processing of computerised dockets
Receive and manage enquiries from customer, contractors and fellow staff members
Provide clear and correct instructions to drivers
Complete administrative duties- usage of multiple computer screens
Handle COD (Cash, EFTPOS, Credit Card and Cheques) sales including banking summaries
Operation of Internal site based computer systems / purchasing / accounts systems




Ability to be trained or have previous experience on the Water Cart/Haul Truck in the field operations

TICKETS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Must have Open Car licence
Previous experience with operation of mobile plant is advantageous
White Card – Construction Site Safety Induction Card (this can be obtained)
Productive with computer systems
Previous experience working as a site administrator
