This is a permanent full-time opportunity based in Macquarie Park, Sydney NSW, within the Transformation & Growth team.
You will drive new business opportunities for our Process Automation and IT services division and contribute to the organisation's growth during a significant expansion phase.
This role suits someone in an entry-level sales or customer-facing position who is hungry to learn and progress.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls and emails to generate leads and qualify prospects through cold calling, social selling, email marketing, and related activities
Set appointments for clients and the Sales Team to support deal progression
Collaborate with the sales team to identify and prioritise target accounts
Utilise sales tools to track, manage, and report on lead generation and sales activities
Identify initial client needs and communicate the client's value proposition
Manage your diary, schedule callbacks, and follow up on leads
Identify and manage leads to compile/update contact lists or source prospects
Skills & Qualifications
Understanding of sales development processes and strategies to identify and engage suitable prospects
Familiarity with CRM systems, lead generation tools and sales automation
Ability to clearly communicate the value proposition of products and services
Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills




Adaptability in a agile corporate environment with resilience
Strong ownership and accountability for sales results
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Professional Experience
1–2 years in sales or customer service, telesales or telemarketing
Advanced computer skills, including MS Office and web-based marketing tools
Experience building rapport and delivering excellent customer service
Previous customer service or contact/call centre experience is advantageous
