What You'll Do:
Enhance Risk & Compliance:Play a key role in managing risk acrosshome insurance products, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations, including expert knowledge ofCPS 230.
Lead and Facilitate:Enhanceinternal risk controls,detection mechanisms and response capabilities acrossProducts and Claims & Assessing function.
Improve Internal Controls:Work closely with theQuality Assurancefunction to improve risk detection, response capabilities, and control environments.
Collaborate & Engage:Use yourexceptional communication skillsto build strong relationships and collaborate with internal stakeholders, providing expert advice on risk and compliance matters.

What We're Looking For:
At least2 years of experiencein a similar role withininsurance or financial services.




Expert knowledge of CPS 230and understanding ofregulatory compliance obligations.
Strongcommunication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to manageinternal relationseffectively.
A passion forrisk management,quality assurance, andhome insurance products.
The ability to thrive in abusy, fast-pacedenvironment while maintaining attention to detail and providing valuable insights.
